I have gotten some sleep since I bought this product. Prescription remedies and other over the counter sleep aids always give me headaches. This one is gentle enough to give me some rest without the drug out feeling and headaches that the others seem to cause. It’s not fail proof, but, it has been helpful.

I tried the product several nights. I am sorry to say this just did not work for me. Well back to the drawing board.

I’ve only taken a couple of times and it doesn’t seem to help much. I didn’t feel drugged while taking this, so that is a plus.
