Sleep Log #4

My fourth sleep log. I took 500mg of Valerian before bed. I didn’t get to sleep until 5am. I want to start a Sleep Journal in order to get all my thoughts on paper before I go to bed at night so that I might sleep better.
I think your sleep logs are a good idea. I just? wouldn’t be able to do it because I cant remember when i wake up during the night or how long i had been awake. I have heard its a good idea to write down whats on your mind before you go to bed. i’m sure it helps some people..i know i get jealous of people who can sleep.
I know what you mean, I have been having problems with sleep, like being able to? sleep only 30 minutes at a time. You have to really not think too much about it or it’ll freak you out more. I have taken ambiem (zolpidem) 5mg & only slept 1 hour before… I have several theories why, you can contact me if this is an ongoing thing for you & you are interested in hearing why sleep is hard for some.

. It’s built-in exercise. I will also be using my bike more often to commute to non-work locales in my area, so that should help with the exercise element, as well. I think my main frustration is living at my mom’s house and being financially dependent on them at the moment. It feels HORRIBLE!!!
Actually, now that I will be relying more on public transit, I will have to? walk about 1.5 miles to the nearest bus stop, so I will be getting more exercise

writing things down is a good idea. i’ve been having trouble sleeping too lately & my dad suggested that. he even said to keep paper by? my bed in case i need to jot something down if i awake in the middle of the night. the other thing i am going to try is to exercise more. i have a treadmill & i’m going to try using that in hopes that it may tire me out. do you get any exercise during the day?
