I love Passionflower! It is an all-natural alternative to benzodiazepine, although not nearly as strong as Xanax, Valium or even Valerian, it gives a mild calming effect that you can take and actually function properly (ex. at work) and still take away stress and anxiety. It’s a perfect balance, imho.
