Our product “Stress out” is great for alleviating stress and is an excellent sleep aid, however customers have noted that when taken with wine or beer, an extra “buzz” is experienced. Be advised. 1-888-820-2126

I used a supplement to help me sleep called “sweet slumber” which had valerian and melatonin with it and sat down with a 6 pack. I got 4 beers in and couldn’t even stand up straight. I blacked out, passed out, then woke up to pee about 4 hours later and had to crawl to the bathroom. After it was all over with, I’d slept 13 hours and woke up feeling dizzy and dry drunk. Not a good time. Don’t mix your booze with natural sleep aids! It will mess you up? and not in a good way. You’ve been warned.

Don’t ever mix health powders, such as Glutamine or Tryptophan or others that they have arrived at thru some yeast mediums, as you will have yourself a nice Heart Attack & can even die from it.
I used Glutamine powder in January, which is to help you heal intestinal Polyps, and it seemed to work fine, but one day I used Dry Light Rum in a fruit shake, before or after I used Glutamine? & presto in the Hospital, they wanted to admit me 2X, I felt like I scraped off protective wax over my heart.
